The Muscle Up is one of the best, if not the best body-weight exercise you could ever do to gain a solid upper body strength. It is the combination of a Pull-up and a Dip in one single rep. Making it one the most complete movement patterns out there.

How to do a Muscle-up.
  • Hang from a pull-up bar with a false grip (thumbs on top the bar, not around).
  • Pull yourself up (chin to the bar).
  • ‘Roll’ your chest over the bar as a transition from a pull-up to a dip.
  • Press your hands down and drive your body upwards (the dip).

  • 2:- Clap Push Up.

The clapping push up is a plyometric exercise designed to assist in the development of explosive strength.

How to do a Muscle-up.
  • Start in a standard push up position.
  • Lower yourself until your chest is just above the floor.
  • Push!
  • Let your hands leave the floor.
  • Quickly clap and reposition your hands.

How to do a Muscle-up.
  • Lie on the floor.
  • Place your hands behind your head.
  • Raise your legs
  • Touch your right elbow to your left knee.
  • Now touch your left elbow to your right knee.
  • Repeat.

The superman push-up is a calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the chest, glutes, lats, lower back, middle back, obliques and shoulders.

How to do a Muscle-up.
  • Lay down on your stomach with your arms above your head and legs straight.
  • Next, put your hands close together on the floor and feet together. This is the starting position.
  • Begin exercise by tightening your core and pushing up off the ground so that your body comes up off the ground.
  • At this point only your hands and feet should be touching the floor. Lower back down to starting position. This completes one rep.

The superman push-up is a calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the chest, glutes, lats, lower back, middle back, obliques and shoulders.

How to do a Muscle-up.
  • As an optional advanced starting technique, fall forward from standing into a push-up position. Keep your core tight and body straight as your hands make contact with the ground.
  • Otherwise, get in the top position of a push-up, with your arms extended, back and neck in a straight line, and core tight. This will be your starting position.
  • Descend into the bottom position of a push-up with arms flexed to 90-degrees, back still straight, and core kept tight.
  • Push upwards as powerfully as possible from both your hands and feet, propelling yourself upwards into the air. Both your hands and feet should lose contact with the ground. Extend your arms forward while in the air so that your body is in a straight line.
  • Land back into a push-up positionâl this is one repetition. Allow your momentum to carry you into the bottom position of a push-up and immediately transition into a second repetition.
  • Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
